At Mount Nebo we follow the Australian Curriculum. Learning areas include English, Mathematics, Science, Humanities and Social Sciences (H.A.S.S), Health & Physical Education, Technology, The Arts & Languages Other Than English (German).

In line with Education Queensland’s examples of unit plans, the teachers at Mount Nebo State School are adapting Education Queensland's C2C (Curriculum into the Classroom) units of work, ensuring consistency of curriculum delivery across the school.
We are currently investigating V9 of the Australian Curriculum, for implementation in 2024.
