Mount Nebo State School is a co-educational State Primary school catering for students in the greater Mount Nebo community. It is situated 464m above sea level and services the areas of Mount Nebo, Mount Glorious, Jolly's Lookout and suburbs surrounding The Gap and Samford. The school was established in 1931 as a one teacher school and currently has two classrooms, a multi-purpose court, After School Care, a library, a multi-media room and several outdoor learning spaces.
Students are currenlty grouped into two multi-age classes. Both classrooms are staffed with a teacher and teacher aide. Our children are lucky to have a high child to adult ratio that enables us to successfully cater to their needs.
